International Shipping

At TRUEORA, we do our best to ensure your wellness essentials arrive safely, wherever you are. Please note that customs processes and local courier conditions are beyond our control, and delays may occasionally occur.

  • USA: 3–8 business days
  • Rest of the world: 3–12 business days (tracking availability may vary)

In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to customs or transit delays. Should there be no tracking update for over 30–60 business days, we will be happy to reship your order.

Delays may be more common during peak periods such as holiday seasons or promotional campaigns. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Processing Time

All orders are carefully processed within 3–5 business days. This includes order verification, thoughtful packing, and transfer to our delivery partners.

Depending on the origin of the product and our fulfillment partner, the selected carrier may vary. While we are unable to accommodate specific carrier requests, we actively track all shipments to ensure they arrive safely and on time.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible at essentiallyyours.team@gmail.com.

  • If your request is made within 30 minutes of placing the order and before processing has begun, a $20 transaction fee will apply.
  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, it unfortunately cannot be cancelled.

We encourage prompt communication to support any cancellation requests effectively.
