USA Orders:

  • Free Shipping: On orders over $70 (Estimated 3–8 business days)
  • Economy Shipping: $3.99 for orders under $70 (Estimated 3–8 business days)
  • Standard Shipping: $7.99 (Estimated 1–3 business days)

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.

International Orders:

We do our best to ensure timely delivery worldwide. However, we do not have control over customs procedures and cannot be responsible for delays that may occur.

  • USA: 3–8 business days
  • Rest of the world: 3–12 business days (tracking availability may vary)

In rare cases, packages may take longer than expected due to transit issues or customs clearance. If tracking remains inactive for more than 30–60 business days, we will gladly reship your order.

Processing Time vs. Shipping Time

Processing time is separate from shipping time and typically takes 3–5 business days. This includes order verification, careful packaging, and handoff to our delivery partners.

Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email automatically.

During high-volume times like sales or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. We always strive to ship your order promptly.

Shipping Carriers

Trueora partners with a variety of trusted carriers including Amazon Logistics, USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

Carriers are selected automatically based on the product’s origin and fulfillment location. Because our items come from curated makers, shipping methods may vary per order.

While we are unable to manually choose a carrier, we closely monitor every shipment to ensure it arrives safely. If you experience any issues, we’re here to help.

Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email at essentiallyyours.team@gmail.com.

  • Cancellation within 30 minutes of placing your order may be possible, but a $20 transaction fee will apply.
  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, it unfortunately cannot be cancelled.
